About the APEX Platform
The APEX Platform is a Public Policy Executive Oversight Forum established under the Office of the President to strengthen transparency, accountability, and results-driven governance in public service delivery.
The Platform provides a structured mechanism for high-level dialogue and oversight among political leaders, policymakers, technocrats, and development partners to assess progress in implementing Uganda’s National Development Plans (NDPs) and to ensure that Executive decisions are informed by credible evidence, performance data, and learning from implementation.
Through coordinated oversight, monitoring, and evaluation, the APEX Platform enhances Government’s ability to identify implementation bottlenecks, drive policy reforms, and deliver measurable development results that improve the lives of citizens.
